Privatisation a further threat to public sector?

The CBI published a report yesterday suggesting Government needs to make yet deeper cuts from the public sector and look at a round of privatisation and out-sourcing to improve productivity.     Ah, still selling us the benefits of privatisation. Yes, that's worked well for citizens. Still flogging neo-liberalism and the benefits of the free market. We are living in the distopea - we don't need today's figures to tell us the cost of the free market, and who's paying. Truly these are The Dark Ages.
