Conservatives on the left

It's been confusing enough having to suffer a Labour government with Conservative policies and aspirations - now it looks like we are going to have the reverse. Does anyone believe any of Cameron's protestations in his speech? Are they really interested in poverty? http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2009/oct/08/david-cameron-conservative-conference

    I saw Question Time last night and a member of the audience said that they could not tell both parties apart?!

    Still not sure what they stand for but appreciate the honesty of "tough decisions" about the economy.

    The Conservative party wouldn't recognise the poor if they stood-up and spat in their face. I'm sure David rubbed up against a lot of kids being broughtup on benefits on sink estates in Knowsley during his Eton days.....
